TamRac Women and Youth Riders Association
	About TYWRA: TamRac Youth and Women's Riding Association (TWYRA) was incorporated as a not-for-profit society in September 2009. The society was formed initially to enable us to apply for grant funding available to non-profit groups working with youth and women. TWYRA'S AGM is normally held in October of each calendar year. This coincides with the due date for the annual report, which must be filed by the Executive by the end of October. TWYRA is a non-profit board, run entirely by volunteers. Should anyone be interested in serving on the Executive, or as a Committee member for fundraising or social events, we are always happy to welcome more talent and positive enthusiasm. 	Spring 2012 TWYRA has a number of fundraisers in the works! Please see our sign up sheet at the barn! May 5th - Empty the Ford Day! All bottles collected during the previous month are to be taken in, and funds deposited. Currently looking for a rider volunteer(s) to help bag the bottles! Please talk to our "Ford Fundraiser Foreman", Angie Ferris. May 4th - Last day to donate for TWYRA Yard Sale! Please bring any donations to the barn, or talk to Lisa Chartrand if you would like to help. Don’t Forget, TWYRA has house plants almost ready for us to sell as a fundraiser. Thank you, to everyone who came out and helped at our tack cleaning party this May. Connie really appreciates it, and our riders looked awesome in shiny, clean tack at the Spring Fling!
	Fall 2011 TWRA and TamRac Ranch held an open house to increase membership on November 17th, 2011. We held our fall meeting on Saturday, October 29th. Subject to discussion: Year Financial Summary. 	Spring 2011 We would like to thank everyone who ordered a jacket! Each purchase helped us reduce costs for everyone. Our last event; the TamRac Tack Cleaning Party was a lot of fun and a great success! Thank you everyone who came out and cleaned their own tack or helped out and cleaned lesson or show tack. Hopefully, everyone got a chance to meet new people and have a great time. (Parents: Sorry about the excessive Sno Cone consumption) Fundraisers: Our bottle drive is still going strong! We recently emptied the white ford, so let's work on getting it filled up again!
